The combination of demographic change, efficiency and productivity pressure and incoming skills shortage calls for an increasing flexibility of the labour market - on both sides. I am offering already today my experience to this working world of tomorrow - fair and therefore profitable for both sides.

That is my philosophy. In connection with the social and economic development my motivation has been emerged to offer you my labour straightly. However, also the knowledge that an effective contribution to burnout-prevention can be made by the temporary support of an overloaded employee.

You can contact me directly if you need temporary assistance for project management, sesonal peaks have to be covered  and/ or if interim management will be necessary. Furthermore I have an education in mediation. With this qualification I am able to instruct the process for closing gaps in communication: either as a conflict pilot or as a mediator.
